How do I place an order?
Placing order with Apex Connections is simple, follow the steps below and your chosen item will be with you.
- Shop and add items to your basket
- Click on My Basket and select the purchase option
- Create your account or enter your email address and password if you have shopped with us before
- Review your order and select delivery method
- *OK*
- Confirm your order and payment information and place the order
How do I pay?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, visa, Mastercard, Mastro, Solo, Electron cards. Unfortunately, we DO NOT accept American Express.
How secure is online credit/ debit card payment?
We use Paypal which is one of the most secure and convenient online payment methods
Does the jewellery come with packaging?
Whether the item ordered is for yourself or a special gift for someone special, all items at Apex Connections are packaged in a specially designed gift box, a gift pakage anyone would like to receive. We also take time to individually wrap every piece of item to perfection.
What is your delivery method and charges?
We use Royal Mail’s standard delivery, registered and special delivery service. The delivery charges will be charged according to the weight, length, width and thickness of the product. All items will be delivered by 1st class.
How do I return goods?
All Apex Connections products can be returned within 14 days of receipt, as long as they are in good condition. Unfortunately this excludes earrings, which cannot be returned for hygiene reason.
Please review the following simple steps for the return and refund of products.
To ensure a timely refund to your account, please return the purchased item to us immediately. We regret that we do not refund original shipping cost with any returned items. Please be advised that it is the customer’s responsibility to bear any shipping fees incurred for the returned items.
If you want to exchange a product, you may have to pay extra if the chosen product’s price is higher than the returned item. We do not give refunds if your chosen product’s price is lower than the returned item, and it should be an item listed on apexconnections.com.

Refunds will be processed within three weeks upon receipt of returned products that are deemed by us to be in good condition. Damaged products will not be refunded nor will they be returned to you. Please be advised that we do not refund shipping and handling fees on any refunds. We only refund to credit cards or debit card of purchaser the total value of products purchased. Refunds for goods purchased under a promotional offer will be based on the terms of the promotional price. You will be notified by email when the refund transaction has been completed.
